Nel video qui a lato: Geshe Gyatso mostra la recitazione della preghiera del Chod  intitolata La Risata delle Khandro (Dakini), suonando il tradizionale tamburo bonpo, chiamato damaru, che sarà il tema del ritiro.

Introduzione all’insegnante:

Ani Sherab Wangmo è una monaca bonpo originaria del Messico. Possiede un metodo di insegnamento unico nel suo genere, molto diretta, intensiva e disciplinata, chiara e che va dritta al punto. Lei è anche l’unica monaca bonpo che vive in Occidente e questo sarà il suo primo insegnamento in Italia. 

Descrizione insegnamento:

Il Chöd sarà l’argomento di questo ritiro, si tratta di un’offerta sacra che tradizionalmente viene effettuata di sera o di notte, ed è fa parte delle Quattro Generosità del Buddhismo Bon.
La tradizione prevede che quotidianamente si effettuano: il Sang Chöd, il Chütor, il Sur Chöd ed il Chöd.
Il testo del Chöd proviene dal noto maestro storico Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche ed è chiamata La Risata delle Khandro.
Durante questo weekend i praticanti avranno modo di comprendere il grande potenziale della pratica sacra del Chöd nella vita quotidiana, e di come possa supportare l’avanzamento della propria pratica spirituale verso esperienze più profonde.
Chöd significa letteralmente “Recidere”. Attraverso quest’offerta visualizzata, si immagina di recidere la radice profonda del principale veleno causa della nostra sofferenza nel Samsara: ovvero l’ ignoranza. Questa pratica incentrata sulla compassione, richiede concentrazione, fiducia, disciplina, ed impegno profondo. E’ anche un metodo gioioso per purificare il nostro attaccamento e coltivare la generosità nel suo significato più profondo. 
Durante questo weekend di insegnamenti, il praticante imparerà a suonare il damaru al fine di mantenere il ritmo della compassione durante la recita e visualizzazione della preghiera.
Il ritiro prevede sessioni di teoria e di pratica, con la spiegazione integrale del testo della preghiera. Per questa ragione è raccomandato che tutti i praticanti possano possedere un damaru.
Invece la campana piatta o sil nyen, tradizionalmente compresa nella pratica di questo rituale, non sarà parte dell’insegnamento, in modo da concentrare l’esperienza sul saper impugnare e suonare il damaru, utile anche in altre liturgie tantriche.

  • La quota di adesione all’Associazione vale per tutto il 2024, ammonta ad € 30,00 e permette l’accesso a tutte le attività.

La struttura offre pensione completa presso l’Eremo di Ronzano fino ad esaurimento stanze disponibili e solo per i giorni del ritiro. Il numero dei posti letto disponibili è pari a 31. Ci sono stanze singole o doppie con bagno privato o condiviso. Ricordiamo che il numero delle stanze singole è molto limitato, pertanto la loro disponibilità non viene garantita.

Il costo totale della partecipazione è:  350 €
che comprende:
– Quota seminario 150 €
– 2 notti con colazioni 120 €
– cena venerdì: 20 €
– pranzo e cena sabato: 40 €

Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato integralmente all’Associazione Ligmincha Italia tramite bonifico bancario, con causale: “Chod + Contributo liberale ospitalità religiosa”. 

Questo ritiro prevede l’utilizzo del damaru, il tamburo rituale bonpo, il cui uso verrà insegnato durante l’arco del weekend.
Dev’essere di legno con diametro specifico di 22cm.
E’ possibile acquistarne uno con pre-ordine a partire dal 25 Aprile 2024 fino a 31 Luglio 2024. Ligmincha Italia ordinerà solo il numero di damaru pre-pagati dai partecipanti, direttamente dal Nepal presso un negozio affiliato al Monastero Triten Norbutse a Kathmandu, dove vengono prodotti a mano con legno di alta qualità.

Il costo di un damaru è di 130 € e sarà da pagare in anticipo a Ligmincha Italia con bonifico bancario, con causale: “acquisto damaru Chod 2024”. Non è previsto un rimborso per l’importo di questo oggetto. Farne richiesta in fase di iscrizione.
Chi già ne possiede uno di questa grandezza è pregato di comunicarlo in fase di iscrizione. Ani Sherab Wangmo si è raccomandata che tutti dovremo avere un damaru delle medesime dimensioni per una questione di coerenza di suono, altrimenti si creerebbe una stonatura della melodia recitazione della liturgia durante le sessioni di insegnamento.

Solo su richiesta, il partecipante potrà:
– in caso di una situazione finanziaria difficile, avere uno sconto di 50 € sulla quota del seminario,
– oppure, in caso di volontà a contribuire alle spese di viaggio dal Messico in Italia di Ani Sherab Wangmo, è possibile aggiungere 50 € alla quota del seminario.

In the video on the left Geshe Gyatso shows the recitation of the prayer of Chod: The Laughter Of Khandro (Dakini), playing the traditional bonpo drum, called damaru, which will be the topic of the retreat.

Introduction to the teacher:

Ani Sherab Wangmo is from Mexico and she is a unique master with her own way of teaching, very direct and clear, straight to the point. She is also the only bonpo nun living and teaching in the West and this is will be the first time teaching in Italy. 

Description of the topic:

Chöd as the topic of this retreat is a sacred offering done traditionally at night, and it is one of the Four Main Generosities in Bon tradition. Usually we do daily: Sang Chöd, Chütor, Sur Chöd, and Chöd. The text is from Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche and it is called The Laughter of the Khandros. During this weekend retreat, practitioners will understand the great potential that this sacred practice of Chöd has for their daily lives as well as for the advancement of their most profound spiritual practice. Chöd means literally to CUT. Through this sacred visualized offering we CUT the deep root of the main poison that keeps us suffering in Samsara: Ignorance. This practice requires concentration, trust, discipline, and deep commitment. It is also a very joyful way to purify our attachment and cultivate generosity in the most profound way. During this weekend of teaching, the practitioner will learn the basics of how the drum or damaru keeps the pace of Compassion during our recitation and visualization. We will have practice sessions after the text is explained and understood. Therefore, it is very useful that all practitioners bring a damaru. The sil nyen or flat bell will not be part of our practice till the practitioners handle the drum well. Those that do not own a damaru and would like to purchase it, it will be provided by Ligmincha Italy association.

The venue offer full board at Hermitage of Ronzano until exhaustion and only for the duration of the retreat. The number of beds available at the venue is about 31. There are single or double rooms with private or shared bathroom.
We remind you that the number of single rooms is very limited so we cannot guarantee their availability. The reservations for the overnight can be considered confirmed only after the full payment.

The complete cost for the participation is:  350 €

This retreat forsee the exercise of the damaru, the traditional bonpo drum. It should be made on wood with diameter 22cm.
It is possible to purchase one in a pre-ordine from April 25th to July 31st 2024. Ligmincha Italy will order a certain quantity directly from a shop in Nepal connected to Triten Norbutse Monastery, where they are handmade in high quality wood. 

The price of the damaru is 130 € and have to be paid in advance to Ligmincha Italy with wire transfer with object: “acquisto damaru Chod 2024”. It is not forseen a refund for this object since the shipping from Nepal requires a pre-order. Ask for your damaru in the phase of enrollment.
Those which already own one damaru of this size is recommened to inform the organizers by application to this retreat. Ani Sherab Wangmo recommend that we should all have same type of drum for sound reasons, otherwise we can go out of tune with the melody during the recitation of The Laughter of Khandros and during the sessions of the teachings.

Only on request the attendee can:
– ask for a discount of 50€ in case of finance scarsity on the seminar’s fee,
– or, you can add 50 € on the seminar’s fee to support the travel of Ani Sherab Wangmo from Mexico
